    3. IS PREESK BEAUTY VEGAN AND CRUELTY-FREE ?

    We do not test on animals. All our products are cruelty-free.

    4. A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK, HOW TO GET IT ?

    If a product is out of stock, sign up for our newsletter and follow our Instagram account @preeskbeauty to stay up to date on stock discounts and new products.

    ORDERING, DELIVERY & SHIPPING

    1. DOES PREESK BEAUTY DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY ?

    Yes, all our products can be delivered worldwide.

    2. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED ?

    Once the order is placed, it is usually shipped within 2-3 days maximum. You can track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link received by email.

    3. I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL, WHAT TO DO ?

    Please check your junk mail / spam folder. If you do not find an e-mail from us, please contact us at info@preeskbeauty.com.

    4. HOW TO TRACK MY PREESK BEAUTY ORDER ?

    When the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email from Canada Post.

    5. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES ?

    Delay in France : 3 to 5 working days after shipment.
    International delay : 7 to 10 working days after shipment.

    6. I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, HOW TO PROCEED ?

    If you still haven’t received your package, please check your tracking link received by email. You can directly contact La Poste or Mondial Relay if the package is delayed.

    7. I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE DAMAGED, WHAT TO DO ?

    Please note that PREESK BEAUTY is in no way responsible for the deterioration of products.

    3. HOW TO PERMANENTLY DEACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT ?

    Please contact us via the contact form with your first and last name, e-mail address followed by an explicit request to deactivate your Preesk Beauty account.
