We do not test on animals. All our products are cruelty-free.

ORDERING, DELIVERY & SHIPPING
1. DOES PREESK BEAUTY DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY ?
Yes, all our products can be delivered worldwide.
2. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED ?
Once the order is placed, it is usually shipped within 2-3 days maximum. You can track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link received by email.

4. HOW TO TRACK MY PREESK BEAUTY ORDER ?
When the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email from Canada Post.
5. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES ?
Delay in France : 3 to 5 working days after shipment.
International delay : 7 to 10 working days after shipment.
6. I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, HOW TO PROCEED ?
If you still haven’t received your package, please check your tracking link received by email. You can directly contact La Poste or Mondial Relay if the package is delayed.
